Perfect location near cable car, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast to go, fabulous suite accommodations for family, responsive to needs including dietary restrictions.

During my Xmas vacation at this hotel, I appreciated the great location of being close to the ski slopes and having access to a sauna and massage center. The food was also acceptable with a few dishes worth mentioning. The breakfast was rich.
On the down side, the lack of customer service stood out. The staff was neglectful and seemed to be uninterested in meeting our needs.

The hotel had an excellent location for skiing and hiking in the Dolomites. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing secure parking and free WiFi access. the restaurant offered delicious food with great value. the common areas were beautifully decorated and relaxing.
The lack of a bidet in the toilet was inconvenient, and it would have been nice to have more amenities in the room.

The hotel is ideally located with easy access to hiking trails via cable car, reachable on foot. the rooms are top-clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable with wood furnishings, offering great views of the forest, the valley, and the mountains. the staff is friendly and helpful, making sure guests feel at home by accommodating their needs, as well as offering information on activities available in the area. the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant offer delicious, healthy home-made dishes at a reasonable price.
The bathrooms are on the small side, which may feel cramped for some guests.

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel. Best aspects were the hotel facilities, transportation, breakfast, and staff. The hotel facilities were amazing, from the spacious rooms to the beautiful common areas. The hotel is located close to cable car access for amazing hiking trails. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had parking available.
Nothing that we didn't like.
